Product Description

High gloss quality issues usually come from curing stability, not only surface coating.
Orange peel texture appears after finishing.
Scratch resistance is inconsistent.
Gloss level varies between batches.
We control UV High Gloss MDF Board from substrate to UV curing line.
The MDF core is maintained at 720-780kg/m³ density. Multiple base coating layers are applied before UV curing. The curing line runs at 2-4m/min for stable film formation. Gloss level is controlled above 90° high reflection range. Each batch is tested for adhesion, abrasion resistance, and gloss uniformity.
Used for premium cabinets, wardrobe doors, display units, commercial interiors, and modern furniture systems. Reduce rework. Improve visual consistency.
