We control the process from fiber preparation onward.
Selected fibers are pressed into MDF boards at controlled density levels of 720-780kg/m³. Melamine-impregnated papers are laminated at 180-210°C under 2.5-3.5MPa pressure. Panels then pass through calibration sanding, with thickness tolerance maintained within ±0.2mm. Every batch of Melamine Faced MDF Panels is checked for surface adhesion, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability.
