Oak Veneer Chipboard
On the shop floor: edges crack after cutting, cores sink under load, color jumps between panels.
Why it happens-mixed chip size, low face density, short press, random veneer lay-up.
We lock it down. Three-layer chip structure: fine surface layer, coarse core. Density kept at 620–700 kg/m³. No light spots.
Moisture before press 6–8%. Press cycle fixed: 1.0–1.2 MPa, 115–125°C. Full time. No shortcut.
Veneer sorted by tone and grain. Lay-up in sequence. Pre-sand to ±0.25 mm.
What you get-edges stay intact on routing, no sink on screw fixing, panels match in one batch. Cut. Band. Assemble. Fewer rejects.

FAQ
Q: Edge cracks after CNC
A: Check face density. We run fine chips on surface
Q: Panels don't match in color
A: Stick to one batch. Veneer is pre-sorted
Q: Core sinks on screw fixing
A: Density held at 620–700 kg/m³
Q: Veneer lifts after edge banding
A: Full press cycle prevents weak bonding
Q: Ready for drilling lines
A: Yes. Stable core, less breakout
Q: Oak Veneer Chipboard runs with batch control.
A: Use Oak Veneer Chipboard where cost and machining stability need to balance.
