Fancy Plywood
On site issues show quick. Veneer splits on edges. Panels wave after cutting. Finish picks up glue marks.
Why-core gaps, low pressure, mixed veneer grades.
We fix it step by step. Core lay-up in odd plies, 9–13 layers, cross direction. No voids in face zone.
Moisture set 8–10% before press. Hot press at 1.2–1.4 MPa, 120–135°C. Full cycle. Don't short it.
Face veneer sorted by grade and color. Same bundle per run. Pre-sand to ±0.2 mm.
Result-panels stay flat after CNC. Edges hold. Finish goes on clean, no bleed lines. Less patching, faster throughput.
