We control White Primed MDF Boards through primer system and density consistency.
The MDF core is maintained at 720-780kg/m³ density. After fine sanding, dual-layer white primer coating is applied with UV curing to ensure uniform film thickness. Absorption rate is controlled within paint-ready standards, improving top-coat adhesion. Each batch is tested for flatness, coating consistency, and absorption uniformity.
Used for interior doors, skirting, wall panels, furniture systems, and commercial interiors. Reduces on-site painting workload and improves efficiency.
