Selected fibers are blended with moisture-resistant resin before pressing. Production runs at 170-210°C and 5-8MPa pressure. Density is controlled at 720-800kg/m³ while moisture content remains between 4%-6%. Every batch of Moisture Resistant MDF for Kitchen is tested for thickness swelling, internal bond strength, and dimensional tolerance.
