Product Introduction:

Warping, edge breakout, and thickness variation are common with thin panels. We control these issues through refined fiber distribution, dedicated thin-board pressing, and double-side calibration sanding. Density reaches 720-780kg/m³ with thickness tolerance held at ±0.15mm.

Product Description

Thin MDF panels tend to create problems during cutting, laminating, and transportation.
Warping after storage.
Rough edges after cutting.
Thickness variation causing fitting issues.
We solve this through process control, not post-production sorting.
Fibers are screened and evenly distributed before pressing. Hot pressing runs at 170-200°C under 4.5-6MPa pressure. Each panel then goes through double-side fine sanding and thickness calibration. Ultra Thin 3mm MDF Sheets is controlled within ±0.15mm tolerance and inspected for flatness, density consistency, and dimensional accuracy.
Use it for drawer bottoms, cabinet backs, decorative panels, packaging inserts, and laser-cut components. Cut waste. Keep assembly lines moving. Reduce fitting adjustments.
