We control CARB P2 MDF Board from fiber selection to final pressing.
Fibers are processed under low-emission resin systems at 170-200°C and 4.5-7MPa pressure. Density is stabilized at 720-780kg/m³ through homogenization. Each batch is tested for formaldehyde emission, internal bond strength, and dimensional tolerance.
Used for export furniture, cabinet systems, office interiors, and regulated North American projects. Reduce compliance risk and improve approval efficiency.
