Too thin → breaks. Too much press → turns brittle. Many mills skip grading. We don't. First step: slice 0.6–3.0mm. Then sort by density: low for core, mid transition, high for face. No random mixing. Lay-up layer by layer. Press 0.8–1.0 MPa, not one-shot. Do 2–3 press stages depending on thickness. Tol ±0.15mm. MC 8–11%. Result: thin but stable, bendable but not cracking. Thin Balsa Wood goes into model builds, sandwich cores, curved panels. Buyers see less scrap, easier forming, smoother run.
