Hard Balsa Wood
You've seen it-panels crush under CNC, soft zones inside one board, warping after a few days. That's mixed density logs + fast drying.
We separate logs by density range before sawing. Only 160–220 kg/m³ class goes into Hard Balsa Wood runs.
Kiln schedule: 55–65°C, step-down cycle. MC locked at 8–12%. No wet core.
Need panels? We cross-laminate. 2–3 layers, grains alternated. Pressed at 0.6–0.8 MPa, hold time controlled.
Cutting tolerance ±0.3 mm on thickness, ±0.5 mm on length/width.
Result-more even load bearing, cleaner routing edges, less spring-back in sandwich panels. Use it. Bond it. Machine it.
