Product Introduction:

Veneer cracking, color inconsistency, and surface bubbling often create rework in furniture production. We control these issues through selected oak veneers, stable MDF cores, and calibrated hot pressing. Veneer thickness ranges from 0.3-0.6mm with controlled surface flatness.

Product Description

Most veneer panel complaints appear after finishing and installation.
Mismatched grain patterns.
Surface bubbling after pressing.
Edge cracking during machining.
We solve these issues through core stability and controlled veneer bonding.
The MDF core is produced at 700-780kg/m³ density with moisture content maintained at 4%-7%. Selected oak veneers are graded before pressing. Lamination runs at 120-140°C under 0.8-1.2MPa pressure. After pressing, panels go through double-side sanding and visual inspection. Every batch of Oak Veneer MDF Sheets is tested for bond strength, flatness, and veneer consistency.
Suitable for cabinet doors, wall panels, hotel furniture, display fixtures, and commercial interiors. Reduce repair work. Improve finish quality. Keep production consistent.
