Faced chipboard is the workhorse of mass-production furniture - cabinet carcasses, flat-pack systems and office furniture run on it because it combines predictable machining with the lowest material cost per panel. What separates a reliable board from a troublesome one is screw holding at edges, surface durability and thickness consistency across batches. Our faced chipboard is formed with a denser surface layer and stable core structure, laminated under controlled pressure and curing time, so it cuts, drills and edge-bands without surface peeling or edge chipping. Every batch is checked for density, thickness tolerance and bonding before shipment. CARB P2 and FSC certified materials are available to meet North American and European environmental requirements.
